Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered to your email address. This is standard practice for digital download stores and is clearly communicated prior to purchase.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital product that will be delivered immediately and that no physical goods will be shipped.
Technical Issues
If you experience any technical issues with your download, we will make it right. This includes:
- Broken or expired download links
- Corrupted or incomplete files
- Missing size variants from your bundle
- Files not delivered to your email

Wrong Product
If you were charged for a different product than the one you ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we will correct the order immediately at no charge.
